Greetings from Houston!

We have kicked in the New Year and now we are now just a few short hours from the expiration of NCECA's Early Bird registration discounts and a few short months away from the 47th Annual Conference in Houston, Texas. Visit NCECA's website to review the 2013 conference program. Also now available is a preliminary exhibition guide that will be updated as new information becomes available, and details on shuttle routes will soon follow.

Hopefully you have registered for the conference and your travel plans are under way. If not, act today to lock in the best possible value on registration. Whether you are already registered or suffering from procrastination, plan to arrive early, stay late, or both to take in a pre- or post-conference workshop! These offerings for March of 2013 have shaped up to include a wide variety of events featuring regionally, nationally, and internationally known artists. Whether your interests are in wood firing, wheel throwing, figurative sculpture, or collaborative endeavors, there is something for everyone. Workshops are taking place all over greater Houston and as far away as Austin.

Find details about events, presenters, dates, locations, registration fees and contacts at the NCECA website under 'Pre and Post Conference Events'.

Take advantage of these amazing opportunities, come explore the Lone Star State, and enjoy all Houston has to offer! We are looking forward to seeing you here.
